Since 2018, the family-owned firm has sold handmade meats, bacon, sausage, and charcuterie both online and at local farmers markets. In addition to his Vienna company, Plante was the executive chef at The Fermented Pig at Ovations in Wolf Trap. He has been serving a farm-to-table buffet cuisine as well as picnic boxes to concertgoers. His first physical site is in Oakton, at the Settle Down Easy Oakton Tasting Room. He collaborated with Settle Down Easy Brewing Co. to provide artisanal fresh salads, local cheeses, charcuterie, and entrées such as grass-fed burgers and shrimp and sausage rigatoni in the 4,000-square-foot tasting area.
